Return & Refund Policy
We do not provide returns on Consignment boards and Used Boards. Boards are sold ‘as-is’.
Returnable within 7 days of delivery. (Excluding all consignment surfboards, Certain manufacturer warranty available on non consignment new board, contact store for the details)
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs.
Buyer receives a full refund in their original payment method less any shipping charges.
Any returns must be pre authorized by calling 949-310-6602. If a non authorized return shows up, we will refuse the package. Refunds will only be accepted if the item is deemed not as described. There will be a 20% restocking fee on any other returns that we agree to accept.
If your item is damaged during delivery send us date-stamped photos of the damaged item so we can submit a claim to the shipping company. If the claim is honored by the shipping company we will refund the cost of the sold items or give you a store credit.
