BOARD POLICY AND CHECK-IN LIST
*STARTING JAN 2023 WE WILL NOT BE TAKING BOARDS IN ON MONDAYS*
27% Consignment Fee / $25 Minimum Fee
-Getting your board ready for Check In-
BOARD IS PREFERRED TO BE WATERTIGHT BUT NOT REQUIRED.
(However the condition of your board will be reflected in the asking price)
IF THE DINGS ARE TOO BIG AND NEED PROFESSIONAL REPAIR WE WILL NOT ACCEPT IT TO CONSIGN.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY BROKEN OR BUCKLED BOARDS, REPAIRED OR NOT, WITH THE EXCEPTION
OF PROFESSIONALLY REPAIRED NOSE BUCKLES NO MORE
THAN 8 TO 10 INCHES FROM THE TIP OF THE NOSE.
FIN BOXES MUST NOT BE COMPROMISED, AND IF THEY ARE or WERE AT
ONE POINT, THEY MUST BE PROFESSIONALLY REPAIRED
BOARD MUST BE CLEANED AND FREE OF WAX AND DEBRIS
if not..
ALL WAX WILL BE REMOVED AT CONSIGNEE’S EXPENSE
(This fee is $5 to $10 which is subtracted out of from your payout or upon removal of the board from Usedsurf)
BOARD MUST BE LEFT IN SHOP FOR 21 DAYS
(After taking the time describing, taking photos, and putting the board on the website
we want a chance to sell it - Otherwise there is a $15 early removal fee for all that processing)
AFTER 6 MONTHS YOU NEED TO LOWER THE PRICE OF THE BOARD OR PICK IT UP
All STICKERS NEED TO BE REMOVED UNLESS YOU ARE A PRO.
THIS IS TO PREVENT CRACKS AND DINGS HIDING UNDER THE STICKERS
IF THE SHOP DOES IT FOR YOU IT WILL BE A $3- $10 CHARGE DEPENDING ON THE AMOUNT OF STICKERS
(This fee is subtracted out of from your payout or upon removal of the board from Usedsurf)
CHECKS ARE WRITTEN ONCE A WEEK AND YOU WILL RECEIVE A GROUP TEXT TO COME PICK UP THE CHECK.
VENMO AND PAYPAL ARE PAID OUT EVERY 2 WEEKS
