Return & Refund Policy

Consignment Items
We do not offer returns on consignment boards or used boards. All boards are sold as-is and sales are final.


Shipped Surfboard Refund/Return Policy

For Surfboards Damaged During Delivery:
If your surfboard arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at info@usedsurf.com with date-stamped photos of the damaged box (this is crucial), and photos of the damage on the board.

  2. We’ll assess the damage and offer one of the following solutions:

    • Professional Repair: We will cover the cost of repairs.

    • DIY Repair Kit: We’ll send you a kit to fix the board yourself.

    • Shipping Claim: We may file a claim with the shipping company. If the claim is approved, we’ll refund the amount received from the claim. (Claims typically take 2-3 weeks.)


New Items

Returnable within 7 days of delivery

  • Exclusions: Consignment surfboards are non-returnable. Some new boards may have manufacturer warranties, so please contact us for details.


General Terms

  • Items must be returned in original, unused condition, with all original packaging and no signs of use.

  • The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.


Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus shipping charges.


Special Conditions (Returning Product by Mail)

  • All returns must be pre-authorized. Please call 949-310-6602 or email info@usedsurf.com before returning any items.

  • Unauthorized returns will be refused.

  • Unless Usedsurf made an error, return shipping will be paid for by customer.
