The Freestone Control fin is a large size Speed Controlling fin with a Ride Number of 3.3. Jack rides this fin when the conditions are punchy and he needs a little more stability. Controlling speed is the key to survival in heavier surf. They are built from solid fiberglass panels with foils that are precision cut by CNC, then hand finished to perfection. Check out the FIN SPEX video below - these fins go good even though they are all fiberglass.

Jack Freestone FG Thruster - All fiberglass "Control" construction. This is typically for stronger waves. But, the template lets you get it some nice tight turns. The construction gave me a good amount of drive and carried speed all the way. Went well even it ok lowers. I was suprised by these for sure.Â
