More Information

The HaydenShapes Misc. surfboard in FutureFlex Technology. A performance twin fin + 1 set up wrapped up in a shortboard outline.

You probably know all about Hayden's legendary Hypto model, the Misc. is his new take on surfing a twin like you would a shortboard with all that speed but with a great big helping of control built in.

He wanted to design a twin to progress your surfing, not to dumb it down. The MISC. is an extraordinary twin (or 2 + 1) that will actually ride more like a performance board, it'll go top to bottom with ease holding a rail and you'll be flying around the wave with that drag free twin fin feel. It's really drivey, its fast and releases really well. The Misc. is a team-rider favourite, now available for those wanting that elusive performance twin.

The HaydenShapes Misc will perform in nearly all conditions, the flat rocker will plane through surface chop and you'll be making sections you never thought were possible. It goes in beach breaks, reef, points and whatever else you let it loose in!

FutureFlex construction is a stringer-less parabolic carbon fibre frame, shaped out of high density EPS foam and built from custom designed materials exclusive to the Hayden Shapes brand. The technology delivers a high energy, rapid spring back resulting in ultimate speed and drive.

FutureFlex boards are constructed using custom designed high performance materials. However, like any surfboard, this does not prevent the board from breakage or compressions. If damage occurs, dry out all water from the EPS core before repairing it using Epoxy resin.
