TGS stands for the good stuff meaning it is currently the best high performance short board model we have. Many team riders prefer TGS over the SM Block because of the straighter, narrower outline. TGS has a similar outline to the SM Block it just has less "hips" and "ears". Hips and ears are the areas on the outline of the board where it begins to get narrower towards the tail and nose respectively. By smoothing those areas out, you create a much more sensitive and faster surfboard that loves to run down the line but is also less forgiving.
Recommended for more advanced surfers looking to push their surfing abilities to the next level.
