More Information
(Below information if from Bilt Surfboards website)
The Big Mac surfboard is engineered for speed, control, and maximised performance. It has been designed for bigger guys that still rip. Its bottom features a single-to-double concave design, with the single concave starting 14 inches from the nose and peaking halfway down the board, providing increased surface area for faster rides.
The double concave near the fins enhances looseness and manoeuvrability. The slightly flatter rocker, contributes to added speed, while the nose rocker is reduced by ¾ inch compared to similar boards. Thickness has been increased by 1/8 inch in both the nose and tail, and the tail width has been widened by 3/8 inch, boosting overall volume. These carefully considered adjustments give the Big Mac a stretched-out profile, highlighted by its wide round-pin tail, delivering a perfect balance of speed, drive, and stability.
