More Information

(Below information is from Lost Surfboards website)

The Driver 2.0 has finally landed and is the result of constant development of the original Driver Proformance between shaper Matt Biolos and his team of top surfing professionals including Kolohe Andino, Griffin Colapinto and Carissa Moore.

The Driver 2.0 takes the winning combination of speed and drive and adds some new elements that make the Driver 2.0 one of the best high-performance shortboards that we've ever ridden! Firstly, the nose rocker has been flattened out a little and the nose outline has been widened to make it much easier to paddle, and also gives a noticeable lift in speed when taking off compared to all other high-performance shortboards on the market.

These two improvements also widen the effective range of the board from 2" to 6" rather than the typical 4" to 6" range that high-performance shortboards are tailored to. The tail rocker has also been increased, allowing the board to fit better in the pocket for steeper/suckier waves, which we typically have here in Australia.

This board feels very solid off the bottom in anything up to 6" and feels very dynamic underfoot. Anyone who is looking for a board that does exactly what they ask of it without limitation and wants to progress their surfing to a very high level should have the Driver 2.0 on their shortlist. Don't just take it from us though, as the Driver 2.0 won the Stab in the Dark All-Stars edition, as judged by Jordy Smith, Dane Reynolds and Mick Fanning. Mick called it "The best Mayhem I've ever ridden, and I've ridden a few!".
