Return & Refund Policy

 

CONSIGNMENT ITEMS
We do not provide returns on Consignment boards and Used Boards. Boards are sold ‘as-is’.

 

Shipped Surfboard Refund/Return Policy

For Surfboards damaged during delivery - First, email us at info@usedsurf.com with date-stamped photos of the damaged BOX (this is very important), and then, photos of the damage on the board. This is so we can assess the damage, and we can execute 1 of 3 possible solutions:

1. Pay for Professional repair.
2. Send you a repair kit for DIY
3. Submit a claim to the shipping company. If the claim is honored by the shipping company we will refund the amount received in the Claim.  These claims take 2 to 3 weeks, typically.
 
 

NEW ITEMS
Returnable within 7 days of delivery.  (Excluding all consignment surfboards, Certain manufacturer warranty available on non consignment new board, contact store for the details)

 

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs.

 

Refunds
Buyer receives a full refund in their original payment method less any shipping charges.

 

Special Conditions

Any returns must be pre authorized by calling 949-310-6602. If a non authorized return shows up, we will refuse the package. Refunds will only be accepted if the item is deemed not as described. There will be a 20% restocking fee on any other returns that we agree to accept.
