CNC Surfboard Milling

We have a state of the art CNC shaping machine which precision mills out custom surfboard shapes to spec. The MACHINE will finish a board up to 98% completion which is then fine-tuned by hand by a shaper.

shape3dYou are now able to download the free design software, Shape3D, create your dream surfboard and email it in. We will then select the proper blank and mill your board. You can then pickup the board and finish it yourself or have one of our in-house shapers finish it and have it glassed here in our factory.

We also offer surfboard scanning services. Do you have a magic board that you would like to be able to replicate. Exact measurements are taken and the resulting file will be an accurate reproduction. Sorry boys and girls. There isn’t a single board in the world that doesn’t exist on a file. With the pricing of surfboards sky rocketing, surfers are looking for alternatives to making their own boards. Once you actually make your own board and see exactly how much it cost to make one you will be sick to your stomach on how cheap it is compared to buying a namebrand board. These machines do all the work for you and you don’t have to be a shapers for years to make a good quality board. All the shapers use machines to make mass production and have the accuracy in making the same exact boards everytime. Now its all about using different materials and making a board more environmentally friendly. highly recommend going this route.

Create a design, build a board from scratch, learn to shape & glass,….PRICELESS.
