Johnny Fryer has been crowned 2010 British Open Champion 2010. This year's event was held at Fistral Beach, Newquay.
On Saturday, waves were a bit small, so surfers had to battle for the best walls in order to get interesting results.
Fortunately, the swell improved for Sunday. Fryer showed his best surf and defeated his fellow Cornish competitors in the final heat.
Johnny was crowned in three foot onshore waves.
